Hello,

I've filled out an AOS for my parents about 2 months ago. It is still in process and pending.

Now, I'm preparing an AOS application for my wife. We got married 2 weeks ago.

And for the i864, i'm the petitioner (USC), what would i put for question #9 ( on part 3)? Leave it blank or I'd need to fill out my parents name on here?

"I am sponsoring the following family members immigrating at the same time or within six months of the principal immigrant named in

Part 2 above. Do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition."

I did a lot of research online and can't seem to find a solid answer for this part. and the more i read online, the more i get confused.

Please help.

Thanks in advance.

The parents each had their own I-130 petition. As that line states, they are not listed there. They will have their own I-864 forms.
