Request to Proceed with the Petition IR1 Petition

Hi,

I need help!!!

I know this sounds stupid but what happened is my petition to my husband has been approved and actually it is his interview last June 17,2014.

While waiting for his interview, 1 month before is i found out that he has a mistress. (I actually did found that last year and he said there done but figure out they are still together since months before the interview)

So emotional and too much anger, i sent email to US Embassy in Manila to withdraw the case (without him knowing, he did the medical he went to the interview). First screening they stop him and said the petition has been hold and talk to me and figure out what we really want.

We then talk and apologize to me, ( week before i just think about maybe it is too long that is why he had mistress and maybe we can fix it here, not sure smh)

To make long story short, now i want to proceed with the petition.

I sent letter to USCIS and NVC but still no response from them.

I checked status online and it is still transferring from US Embassy manila to USCIS & NVC

I know i can refile this again but just wondering if there are same situation like this and USCIS resend the petition to the US EMbassy for re-schedule of interview?

Please i need your help.

so - when you contacted Manila IV about re-instating the petition and visa application

what was their response?

I ask, cause you've not written of that, yet.
