hello I have the same case as I used a sharia law I'm also divorce, but I already submitted all the documents that the consular need, they updated my case June 17 then July 25 those month I wrote to the embassy manila and ask what's happening to my case, and they updated August 22,is this a good sign that soon their going to issue my visa I'm so worried

What do you mean by update. Are you referring to your status changing when you are viewing your file status after the interview on CEAC? You will see "updates" from AP to case open to AP again to Complete to Issued. Each has a different meaning. To help you it would help if you were to give the exact wording otherwise we are just guessing at what or where you are in the process. Here is where you can track your passport/visa:

TRACK YOUR VISA/PASSPORT AT THE EMBASSY

https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx

https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?eQs=o/iS8zDpeAKjMWCuebHqOw==

2GO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR CHECKING DELIVERY

2Go customer service hotline (+632) 5287-136 is available Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

TRACK YOUR PASSPORT/VISA THROUGH 2GO

http://supplychain.2...trace/index.asp Enter your MNL number or passport number or UID number off the embassy confirmation letter (online confirmation page by bar code).

I meant CEAC status update, the Manila embassy updated it 3 times but still in administrative my concern is are they gonna approve me

Did you not ask at the conclusion of your interview? If you ask normally the CO will let you know.

If they kept your passport there is a great possibility that you are approved.

Relax. Have a little more patience and you'll have your visa soon.

You'll see your status change a number of times before it's issued. All normal.

Start calling the Embassy to get updates as to your status. They need to hear from you and you need to let them know you would like some answers. 3 months is a long time but not unheard-of.

Good day everyone!

My sister is currently in a relationship right now but her main problem is, she's still married with her Muslim husband but no communication for more than 9 years now. She wanted me to help her on how she will be able to process the divorce with her legal husband. Now my question is, how much did you all spent for the processing of the divorce papers including the fees that required payment. I hope someone could help us regarding this matter.

hello!we finally got the divorced but our papers was sent to NSO for annotation, maybe we will wait for 2 months for the process. Paid around 150-160 thousand pesos.Although the sharia lawyer told us that  the package deal for it was 80K, he kept on asking for money for transport etc...so I won't recommend this lawyer.
