Green Card in hands after 10 months of AOS! (with interview)

You have to wait on the biometrics letter to try to do the walk in. I'm in the same waiting situation for biometrics letter.

Yes you still get RFE after NOA1.. The NOA1 is just a notice that they got ur packet and will give you your Case Number.

I too have just gotten mine. WooHoo I can go home and visit now! Since I originally went through a lawyer and she didn't sign me up for notification I didn't know until I manually checked myself that it was issued on May 12th. I finished up my EAD extension and sent it in just 2 days before the green card hit my mailbox. Since I did the EAD extension myself I just now got the notifications that they received and are processing that. I would assume that an adjudicator would check my alien number, see that the greencard was indeed sent and just add the extension request to my file without any further action on their part? I actually had a brief statement and index of what I included in the package that stated it was just in case of further delays to the i485.

We're on a roll here!!! :dancing: We just got notification today that the card is in production. Green card is on its way!!! Wooohooo!!! :dancing:

I sure hope that means everyone else who has patiently been waiting since July 2014 will hear something soon!

8-25-2014 - Appointment letter Received (Biometrics) Dated for 8/29/14

8-27-2014 - Early Walk-in SUCCESSFUL!

10-3-2014 - EAD CARD PRODUCTION!!

10-9-2014 - EAD has been Mailed - IN TRANSIT!

10-11-2014 - EAD Received!! :)
