This is so frustrating. My status online still says Finger Print fee accepted on July 21st. I haven't found calling to be particularly helpful. I called today and they didn't provide any additional information beyond what was already on the website. They said it's in queue and that Texas Service Center is behind in processing cases - they are at April 2nd, 2014 for employment based petitions - and to wait 3-4 more months <_<. That processing time is as of September 30th online so I am hoping they're really still not so far behind, especially since I'm seeing that people are finally getting theirs.

Anyone else file for AOS at the Texas Service Center in an employment based category?

So weird everyone. Just wanted to share this in case anyone else experiences this in the future.

So my husband's case was approved and then on Novemeber 24, we received an update saying that the card was mailed! They didn't provide a tracking number though.

Today I got another update saying that card was mailed!!! We were like WHAT? I checked USCIS website and now that it moved onto the delivered stage it provided a tracking number. When I checked it it stated it was delivered to LEES SUMMIT. So I called uscis and after being rebadged I was put on hold for about 50 minutes. When I spoke to the man on the phone he wanted to reassure that our address was current, which it is. He then said it's possible because my husband isn't registered at the post office for the address! So weird because all of his other papers and EAD came without an issue. But he requested that they resend it with "in care of" my last name. He said the card or either a letter should be here by Wednesday. We live with my parents. I hope it comes by Wednesday it's been so long!
