You should get response soon. I'm sure if there was anything missing on your file or if any thing had gone wrong on the interview they would told u. Sometimes it could take a couple of days for them to give u a response. Sometimes if the IO is new he may need a supervisor to review the case with him and that could take a couple of days. I know it sucks waiting but all u can do now is wait and hopefully get the good news today or tomorrow. If don't here anything give them a call tomorrow? Best of luck I will be praying for u ???

You have to wait on the biometrics letter to try to do the walk in. I'm in the same waiting situation for biometrics letter.

Yes you still get RFE after NOA1.. The NOA1 is just a notice that they got ur packet and will give you your Case Number.

I checked online and my status was welcome notice mailed!! This means it was approved right??

Yay!!!! Yes u are approved they only mail welcome letter when u are approved! Congratulations! Welcome letter is a standard procedure once ur application is approved! God bless u! ???????????????? please pray for me my interview is dec 8th!!

On August 6, 2014, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC149123XXXX. Our Nebraska Service Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. You should receive a decision or case update by October 5, 2014, unless fingerprinting or an interview are needed.

This is what our status says now. We filed 485, 131, and AP in mid-June. I can see people who filed 485 in July got theirs already in Oct! I should not be surprise. I just write in to ask, is this normal ? We did get the 6 month delay letter after her Bio interview. Anything to worry about? Thanks to all our friends on VJ.

Just to be clear... you have not received a I-797C Notice of Action form?

Yes, we have NOA1, she did her biometrics and she had her EAD/AP... but nothing else from I-485 still acceptance stage.
