Did you insisted while on the phone with them? I mean i spoke with a customer service the other day and she can't do anything right now coz its only been 2 months since they received my packet, and if i still don't hear anything or no changes then i have to call them back after 75 days so they could make a service request.

No I did not insist since for my case it has been 75 days since they received my packet. I guess you have to wait for a few more days for them to do a Service Request for you.

I just called USCIS today since it has been 75 days since they got our file.. The customer service lady made a service request for it (I765) but still have to wait to hear for our I131 and I485. They told me for those I need to wait 3 months after the receive date for them to make a service request. I have to wait 15 days more til il call them again. I guess I am part of those unlucky ones whose files are left untouched.

I really hope to get my approval soon and have my interview date too...

Good news is that I received my case update to card production 1 day after the service request. So, good luck to you!

My I485 is still under acceptance. Anyone? Should I call them also about this?

So I called. Apparently my I485 is still sitting somewhere at Nebraska Service Center and not touched. And they claimed that they were working on cases from March. I'm pissed. My AOS journey was very difficult from the very beginning. Long wait of NOA1, not receiving biometics letter, long wait and untouched I765, come on!!!!!!!!

That is what exactly the customer service told me when i called them last friday, she told me to wait until 75 Days and i will call them back so they can order a service request. So if it still nothing happen next week (hopefully there will be some changes) im gonna call them back, and if they will tell me to wait for few more days then they're in trouble. lol

Hi! Can you tell me where you got the information about 75 days vs 3 months? I called USCIS today and they were so rude. I kept mentioning the 75 day thing and she kept saying I couldn't do anything until 3 months. My husband just wants his EAD for now so he can start driving!

After days they approved my I131, I finally called them yesterday asking why in the *** my I765 was still under initial review. The customer service lady sent in a request yesterday afternoon. And today my I765 moved to card production.

So, I guess I was just the unlucky one whose files got forgotten by them. And when I called, they finally realized that they left my files in an untouched corner.

Just to anyone who hasn't gotten info regarding their i765, the current "raise a flag" day is 75 days after your receive date, not like 3 months. Call them and maybe you are lucky as me that they found your case and all the sudden approved it.

It was the USCIS customer Service lady who told me about the 75 days. Call back and talk to another person who can actually help~~good luck!

Hopefully I will get mine soon too. I filed a week after you and mine should be in Detroit MI too. Is that where your biometrics was? Mine was there on the same day as yours.
