You have to wait on the biometrics letter to try to do the walk in. I'm in the same waiting situation for biometrics letter.

Yes you still get RFE after NOA1.. The NOA1 is just a notice that they got ur packet and will give you your Case Number.

No, not at all :cry: . Did you see the post above yours? Mailed out the same day and they already got their biometric appointment!!!

I still haven't recieved biometrics yet and I mailed it on the 2nd. We got NOA on the 16th. I'm hoping it comes next week because we leaving for Seattle end of the month.

June 2, 2014: sent Aos package June 28,2014: Received Rejected AOS package for incorrect fees? July 2,2014: filed I485,i130,i765,i131 with correct fees July 10,2014: received email notifications July 16,2014: Official NOAs in mail July 28: did walk-in biometrics *Actual date for biometrics was Aug 7,2014 August 20,2014: interview date

Check was cashed yesterday, July 18th! No NOA yet. Maybe they will send it to our lawyer first? I'm not sure. But hopefully i receive something in the mail this coming week...

It was mailed to us. It doesn't show anything new online other than it is under review.

Ok good to know. I'll be stalking my postal worker lol

Out of curiosity, once one completes to bio part; do we wait for a interview appt letter also or can we schedule the interview? Because I saw on the uscis site where it states something about scheduling an appt.

I assume the answer is to wait for a letter and that the appt. scheduler thing is for going into the local office for inquiries but I just want to be sure.

Congrats to those who are moving on to the biometrics btw. And hoping that those of us who are still waiting do not get hit with RFEs :no:
