It has been a month since we did our Biometrics and since then haven't heard anything from USCIS... :cry:

When TWO HEARTS are meant for each other, NO DISTANCE is TOO FAR... NO TIME is TOO LONG... and NO OTHER LOVE can BREAK THEM APART...

You have to wait on the biometrics letter to try to do the walk in. I'm in the same waiting situation for biometrics letter.

Yes you still get RFE after NOA1.. The NOA1 is just a notice that they got ur packet and will give you your Case Number.

Just got an email from USCIS saying that today they mailed me my green card! It should be here on monday or tuesday! Yaaaay!

Can't wait to finally get my green card!! I have been residing here in the US for 7.5 years already...waiting for my green card through my mom's employment and nothing! It's crazy how I just got approved in 75 days from filing through my USC husband!

It's very exciting! Haha i already found a job way before i got my i485 accepted. Im gonna be working in a very fancy hotel here in stowe (ski town) haha sooo i think im gonna start next week :)

And yes from what i've read it takes forever to get the residence from parents or any other family member!

Good luck in everything. And let's hope all the other cases get approved soon too! :)

Does anyone have their interview canceled due to unforseen circumstances recently?? I just wanted to know how long does it take them to reschedule?

Did you ask to get it re-arranged or did they? And how long has it been since you received the letter saying the interview has been cancelled?

I recieved sept 18th. They said they don't know how long it gonna take could be weeks or months.

I think after 30 days or 60 days (don't know which) you can set an infopass appointment to ask.

After days they approved my I131, I finally called them yesterday asking why in the *** my I765 was still under initial review. The customer service lady sent in a request yesterday afternoon. And today my I765 moved to card production.

So, I guess I was just the unlucky one whose files got forgotten by them. And when I called, they finally realized that they left my files in an untouched corner.

Just to anyone who hasn't gotten info regarding their i765, the current "raise a flag" day is 75 days after your receive date, not like 3 months. Call them and maybe you are lucky as me that they found your case and all the sudden approved it.

They told me for those I need to wait 3 months after the receive date for them to make a service request. I have to wait 15 days more til il call them again. Did you insisted while on the phone with them? I mean i spoke with a customer service the other day and she can't do anything right now coz its only been 2 months since they received my packet, and if i still don't hear anything or no changes then i have to call them back after 75 days so they could make a service request.
