The USCIS mis-information line will probably only tell you to wait 30 days.

Our timelines are only a week apart. I got approved on a Friday a week before you. My card went to 'mailed' on the following Thursday morning - it was in my hand a day later. Hopefully you will hear something tomorrow? Fingers crossed!

I just checked the status of my EAD on the USCIS website and it says "Card/Document Creation"! :D I did my biometrics appointment on August 21st, so I was not expecting it this soon!

The AOS is still on "Acceptance", but I know that one takes longer so I am not too worried. :)

Hi guys,

I am fairly new to posting here on VJ but I have been reading for a while and you have all been so very helpful for me throughout this whole process. I filed my AOS (485, 130, 131, 765) on July 11, received the NOA1 on July 15th, did my biometrics as scheduled on August 6th (after being denied an early walk-in attempt at the Naperville, IL office), and have been waiting for changes to my status since. I am especially eager for the 765 EAD to be approved and I have no idea why it's taking so long. According to my timeline, is my EAD on time and the wait time normal for the processing time, or should I be worried that something is wrong? I am so eager to start working and have an offer lined up as well, pending my EAD approval. Should I look into applying for an expedited EAD, and how do you go about doing that?

Thanks guys!!

It's either based on text notification or on the website. I thought there was a separate tracking page.
