Congrats! I went to dmv to get my permit and i passed my written exam but not my vision exam lol i hdmad to go to the doctor and get glasses haha also the lady said i need either ead or green card to get the permit and go to the ssa to change my name (they want my ead or green card too) so i'm stuck! The lady said when i get all those papers they would give me the permit. At lieast my interview is this monday, sooooo im nervous and excited at the time lol

Ohio driving test passed this morning! It was easy and made the British test look like a PhD in comparison!

You have to wait on the biometrics letter to try to do the walk in. I'm in the same waiting situation for biometrics letter.

Yes you still get RFE after NOA1.. The NOA1 is just a notice that they got ur packet and will give you your Case Number.

Well since I got my I131 approved on Sep 5th, I haven't seen any updated information on my I765, nor did I receive anything from USCIS =.= yikes

I haven't heard anything in a long while on any of my filings. Sadly.

I just got another email stating that today they send my ead card to the address provided. Does anyone knows how many days after receiving this email you get your ead card? Thank you.

I just got another email stating that today they send my ead card to the address provided. Does anyone knows how many days after receiving this email you get your ead card? Thank you.

Did you not get a tracking number? They provided me with a tracking number for my EAD and it will arrive tomorrow. It took about 2 days.

I got the same update September 9. Then my card was picked up by usps on September 15, and I'm expecting to get it today. So total of 8 days if I do get it today.

Omg!! Anyone can assist me with this?! I got an email yesterday with tracking info and that they mailed my green-card. Now this morning I received an email for the i765 requesting initial evidence. Do you guys think I should still submit these even though my green-card was mailed?? I called uscis and the lady was only reading what I already know smh!

You will get a tracking number once your card is picked up by USPS. Thats most likely gonna be next week.
