Our receive date was July 16 and Notice date is July 30.. No Biometrics Letter yet and called USCis and told me to call after 30 days of the Notice date.. I guess i will call them again and hope they could send a Service Request for me too...Ours is forwarded to Nebraska Service Center they said.

The customer service lady said that since it was 30 days after receive date I was able to get a service request. Try again, I guess it is all up to the customer service people~~

I'm in a similar situation. Called Customer Service and they don't seem to be much of help until 30 days after my reciept date. Although even then all they seem to be able to do is send a note to someone that I haven't gotten my biometrics letter. Anyone have light on what they can do?

We just completed our biometrics last Friday. Now I'm just keeping an eye on our status via the website. Nothing has changed so far. Hopefully, I'll see an update soon. I'm assuming we're just waiting for an interview date now.

You have to wait for the results of the bio and if you send everything correctly you should be fine. If not they will let you know what you did wrong and you'll have to change it. In some cases they ask for additional information too. If everything is good they will send you an e-mail stating that your status has changed to 'interview and testing' or sth like that. After that you'll get an appointment. Some people stay in 'interview and testing' for months eithout seeing any change but others get it a few days after receiving the notification. Good luck ;)

I finally got mine in the mail, checked a few minutes ago. Set for 26th August in Detroit. I wonder if I can do an early walk in as I am doing classes at the local university at that time, and I will miss 2 of them since Detroit is over an hour away from here.

HI everyone,

I just received the letter for the Biometrics. I have it on August 28th in Boston's ASC. Unfortunately, I am not in Boston that week :-/, I will have to reschedule. Has anybody tried walking in early in Boston? Does anyone know how much is it going to set me back to reschedule?

Thank you for everything.

Rescheduling might set you back a couple of weeks or months depending on the availability at your ASC! Check and see if Boston accepts early walk ins and try that out before rescheduling! Good luck!

I just received the Biometrics Letter yesterday (8/18/14) and it was dated Aug. 08, 2014.. Our sched would be on Aug. 26 at 8:00AM in Detroit ASC.

I just have some questions:

- How many letters should I get though for the Biometrics? I got 2, that is for the Adjust Status and for Employment Authorization. Nothing for the Advance Parole?

- on the letters, there is something that said to sign here if you understand blah blah blah... So I have to put my signature on the letter?

- And lastly, my name has a typographical error on the letters they sent me for the Adjust Status but for the others I got they were fine. I already called USCIS and made a Service Request for it though... So do u think it will be OK during Biometrics?

When TWO HEARTS are meant for each other, NO DISTANCE is TOO FAR... NO TIME is TOO LONG... and NO OTHER LOVE can BREAK THEM APART...
