Waiting to pay AOS and IV

Is it just me or did everyone wait this long?

My case and invoice number were issued on 06/20, but our DS261 still showing "not eligible for processing" and AOS says "NOT INVOICED".

The agent who provided me the numbers told me it will take a week. It's been more than a week.

How long did you have to wait after receiving your numbers?

I've seen some people who did theirs on the same day.

Mine was issued on the June 20th too and still nothing.

Your experience is not outside of the norm, but rather typical.

The magic word is "waiting" :)) they were so slow right now. :))

Lol exactly! Wish I could buy patience.

hey I waited 2 weeks. Got my case no and IIN June 13 and I was able to access the ds261 and AOS bill on June 27. You will have to wait for another week.

Like I have a choice :cry: One more week, it is! Thanks!

So right after I posted my last comment - I checked and voila! DS-261 is available and NOW completed. AOS changed to "This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, please contact the NVC immediately." Eeek! Scary but I think I saw about this before. I'm trying not to worry. :blush:
