My wife entered the United States on a K-1 visa in January 2004. We have been happily living together and request that this petition be accepted for removal of conditions on the residence of my wife.

15. Copies of bank statements showing joint account ownership from 2004 to 2006

16. Copy of visa credit cards showing a joint account

17. Copies of Federal Tax Returns filed jointly for 2004 and 2005

18. Copy of Income Tax Refund statement

19. Copies of loans showing joint account

20. Copies of joint car ownership

21. Copies of joint car insurance policies and joint ABC account

Looks good.... we just sent our Removal of Conditions application off last September and we used the same letter and attachments.

I have had my Biometrics done, back in October, and haven't been touched since the day after the biometrics were done. So, I'm still waiting!!!!
