I too am facing a similar problem like yours? did anyone say anything about how long does it take to change the status from single to married filing separately?

I realized this very late, Now my interview is on July 18th, I guess I have no option but to postpone my interview till the Tax Return is amended.

How long has it been taking everybody to receive the e-mail and ability to pay the AOS fees? I got my case and invoice number generated on the 27th of June... and still nothing!

Mine was generated June 30th. Some have taken 10 business days, 11 business days, and 18 business days. This is for some Canadian VJ members.

I have not gotten access yet. I'm hoping by Friday or ealy next week. Fingers crossed.

I realized this very late, Now my interview is on July 18th, I guess I have no option but to postpone my interview till the Tax Return is amended.

I remember someone mentioning that you could file the amendment and bring copies of the documents you sent to the IRS to the interview. I would ask the embassy if this is acceptable before requesting the postponement.

Hang in there! My number was generated the 24th of June and this morning I was able to log on and fill in the DS-261 :) I haven't received the email. I just kept checking the site 50 times a day.

I called to NVC and mine scanned doc date is june 3 they said we didn't started revewing yet. wait 30 businedd days.............I saw lot many people whoe's scann date is 8june or 6june and their cases got completed.... :crying:

So AOS package still not reviewed. It was scanned into system June 6th.

Also those who tell me to update my timeline, it is updated.

You're missing your marriage date and when you sent the I-130.

I didn't know you guys wanted or needed the marriage date. I'll update my timeline with that cause I'm not sure I have. Just to let you all know..I'm on my tablet and I don't see signatures also had no idea I had one. Lol!
