Thanks to everyone for the answers about my AOS and IV packets at the same time, very helpful.

Also, for all of you who were with me on the case number assigned, not able to access CEAC. I was finally able to pay my AOS fee this morning, 2 days after DS-216 became available, and one day after I finally received the confirmation email.

USCIS

1-130 received 12/6/13

NOA 1: 12/9/13

NOA 2: 5/20/14

NVC

Case Number assigned: 6/20/14 (called and operator to find out, still unable to log in)

FINALLY able to log in, DS-261 available: 7/7/14

DS-261 completed: 7/7/14

AOS Fee Invoiced : 7/9/14

AOS Fee Paid: 7/9/14

AOS Fee shows as paid in CEAC: 7/11/14

AOS packet sent: 7/11/14 (via FedEx, guaranteed delivery by Monday, 7/14/14)

i got off the phone now talk to a rep, i told her v have got a cheklist on june 27 and v responded it jun 3, so i asked f u could tell us the date u scanned it. she said yeah u got a reminder so whats the difference between cheklist and reminder?

I got the GOOD NEWS this morning:

My wife was approved and was told to come back Friday to the US Consulat General in Casablanca to pick up her passport and the sealed envelope.

Thanks you everybody on VJ for the unconditional help and support.

I was wondering if one of you wonderful people can help ease my mind a little bit. I am at the NVC right now. Case was received on June 11th and Case # was generated on June 27th. I am still unable to go on the website and sign in. It has that saying that states "it's no longer available for processing, etc, etc" I am not worried about that saying after reading your posts... It just has said that for awhile now. My question is.. normally how long has it been taking everyone to receive the e-mail from NVC to be able to pay the fees and fill out the form online? Should I be expecting some time this week or should I already have gotten it? Thank you to all, and I wish everyone the best and most speedy luck :)

I just got off the phone with NVC. 3 redials followed by 20 minutes on hold. Not bad. I spoke to Jean.

AOS and IV were scanned into the system on June 3rd. That is 3 business days after delivery and 25 business days ago.

Jean mentioned she could not see the DS-260. Since that was submitted 32 business days ago, she suggested I email the confirmation page to nvcenquiry@state.gov to enquire as to why it has not been processed. Should I do this? Don't they normally process the DS-260 along with the IV package?

I wonder if that's a 'new' thing? When I was calling, they always acknowledged receipt of "a package" on such-and-such date, then they would always remind me to complete the DS-260 (which was done two days before they received the IV). I wonder if because they're not up to that date, they don't show it in their system?
