I am glad you got your numbers! Are you able to log in or make payments now? I posted a longer question above about my situation, but after getting my numbers from the operator, I still can't do anything on the website. Just wondering if that is anyone else's case as well. Thanks!

I have not even been able to log in :-(. My case was entered into the system today.

Just spent the last like 2 hours updating the EP wiki. I re-formatted/sectioned it better, so it's easier to read. Plus I took out a couple of things (apparently 3+ MBs worth!) that are no longer relevant. I'm hoping it's much easier to follow now :)e

If you find any errors, please tell me!

Oh, and sorry for those that signed up for EP and aren't pleased with it. Electronic Processing used to be a great system and much faster. But with all these delays as of late, the non-EP way is more attractive to some. But for those where EP is mandatory, hopefully my wiki can help ^_^

Yes I did Baltoro, the lawyer didn't include my husband's 2013 tax transcripts and made a mistake by rounding up the total income on the 1040. Good call on letting them go :)

You're May 29, so you're 1 week ahead of me. All the best to you!

Got a case complete today :):dancing::dancing:

Congratulations!!! So your documents were sent on May 27. Any idea when they were actually scanned in?

Hello! My husband and I were approved by the USCIS on June 25th, so should we call sometime this week to make sure NVC receives our case? Or will they let us know when they get it? Also, I guess we have to wait a month from when they get it until we get the case number? Or can we do the trick like the guides say and keep calling and hassling them?

I don't know why but for some reason this step seems more confusing than the last.

I would definitely call this week to see when they received your case! They won't let you know, so put their number on speed dial! :)

This step is intimidating to me too and I'm not sure why. This should be a breeze compared to putting that I-130 package together!

I posted this in the June thread and just realized it is now July. Repost

OK, I was finally able to fill out and submit DS-261 today. I still can't pay the AoS fee but the error message has now changed to

This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, please contact the NVC immediately.

I know that this means that they are probably getting it ready to pay. Any idea how much longer I should expect it to take based on this information?

Also, I printed the receipt that has barcodes on it and the confirmation number after submitting the DS-261. Is this the barcode cover sheet or is that something I get after paying the IV fee? I thought it was after paying IV so is there anything I need to do with the DS-261 confirmation sheet or is it just for my records?

There are no questions on the I-864 specifically about beneficiary's monthly income. If anything, all income is expressed as annual income on the I-864. Few things he should considered and review again:

- He is the sponsor, so he should be entering his annual income as the qualifying income to sponsor you.

- Will you continue to work in the US and receive your income from the same employer in the Philippines after you immigrate? If not, then he cannot use your income.

- Is his annual income alone 125% of the poverty line to support himself, his daughter and you? If yes, then he doesn't need to include income from anyone else.

He can file the I-864ez if he qualifies for the 3 rules: He is the only sponsor/petitioner, he is using only his earned income, and you're the only beneficiary under the visa petition.

Good luck!

Thank you. I guess we are eleigible for I864EZ but he said he will just change his answer in Part 6 of I864. He only has his 2011 2012 2013 1040a, his paystub and his employment letter. Do you think he still need to pass his w2 and 1099 as his supporting documents or his 1040a will be enough?

TIA

And congrats to all CC!!!

** Pasted it here in July thread since I posted it in June thread.. Sorry :(

Did you all have documents translated to English? I saw that they can be in the "official language of the country"....is this true? My husband is from Belgium and all of his paperwork is in Dutch.
