For all my fellow VJ'ers that are trying to find out how many business days have passed since a particular submission, please refer to the link below:

This is a business day calculator. Simply put in the date your documents were scanned by the NVC to help gauge where you are in terms of their "30 business day" review policy.

NOA2: 4/13/2014

NVC Received Case: 4/28/2014

NVC Assigned Case no and IIN: 5/21/2014

DS261 available and submitted: 5/31/2014

AOS fees available and paid: 6/2/2014

Oct 16 ,2013 - Received NOA 1 number

March 7 , 2014 - Transfer To TSC

April 3, 2014 - Approved NOA 1

April 7 ,2014- Shipped to NVC :dancing:

April 16,2014 - NVC received the case. :dancing:

May 15,2014-NVC number and INN . :dance::dance:

May 20,2014 - In process AOS and IV fees.

May21,2014- Status paid for AOS :thumbs:

May 22,2014 - Status paid for IV :thumbs:

May 27,2014 - Completed DS260 form

May 29,2014 - AOS and IV packet sent

May 30,2014- AOS and IV packet delivered thru Fedex.

June 3,2014- Received both packages (Scanned into the system)

July 11.2014- Reviewed both packages.

July 11,2014 - IV package accepted and AOS checklist

July 11,2014 - AOS checklist received (Scanned into system)

July 18,2014-AOS 2nd checklist received (Scanned into system)

Aug 4,2014 -Case completed(By phone).. :dance: :energy:

Aug 8,2014- Got an official email for CC.

Aug 15,2014 - Interview sedule

I think I'm in the same boat Samreen. My original DS 261 was submitted on May 31st. It showed incomplete and I went back to do it again. They claim to have mine as of June 6th.

Keep your fingers crossed. It may come through this week or early next..

On Checklist letter they say to wait 20 business days:

From the date you mail or transmit the requested information, please allow 20 business days for NVC to
review this documentation/your mail.
Now 30 days ?
5th jun scan here

I was assuming 30 days for AOS/IV packet review, now they said it's 30 business days for review...

I have noticed they have gone blocked after around 22nd 23rd may. Since then I don't see any IV invoices and packages are reviewed slower than before. Dunno what's up with them.

Soloenta how r u doing? I feel like we are jinxed buddies of June lol. U r still waiting for IV invoice as well right?

Hey that's great! U r one lucky person then :) I see people from last week of May still waiting. But it's already 28 days for me today and uptil now my luck hasn't shined once in this process. So not getting my hopes up ;)

So there is still hope to get an IV invoice in 30 calendar days! But I'm nervous because others from May haven't gotten theirs yet...

yes, there is always a hope... they told me 30 business days too...i completed it 5/20, resubmitted 5/30 which is friday, then they asked me to start counting down 30 business days from 6/2...

and I got CC for AOS on 6/25, I sent in 5/21... that is 34 days...
