Thanks Saylin, maybe I didn't explain well. It shows both the AOS fee and the supporting Documents as NA. It was not like that yesterday only showing the AOS fee(as you can see I am obsessed :rofl: )

Yes, that's a good literal translation... I did the other to try to give impatient and not-very-religious Americans a sense of the idea... so many options available in translation.

Thank you, but I just can't help myself I have to be literal I'm from Ecuador and we have a tendency or did to be very strict when it comes to the language. Although I have lived in the USA all my life since I was about two months old my father taught me everything I know. But my spelling in Castellano does suck big time. :(;)

Thanks Tino! This is what I thought. Also what about the stepson of the petitioner? He also resides in the same home as the petitioner and is only 12. I am his biological mother and spouse of the petitioner, but I am unemployed. Is it fair to say he is a dependent of the petitioner as well?

your husband the petitioner has 2 petitions one for you and one for his stepson if i understood correct .

On spouses petition (you) he will be counted for (stepson) + 2 children

On stepsons petition he is counted
