I am glad you got your numbers! Are you able to log in or make payments now? I posted a longer question above about my situation, but after getting my numbers from the operator, I still can't do anything on the website. Just wondering if that is anyone else's case as well. Thanks!

I am newer than most of you to the NVC phase. I just received my case number on the 24th and now I am trying to get my IIN number because Ariel wouldn't give it to me last week. lol. Good Luck to all of you!

you can always call again and say you fogtot to ask for iinn number or wait for the email they will send you with all the info.

Congrats on reaching the NVC phase! I am wondering, have you actually been able to log in or pay anything? I received my NOA2 on May 20th and haven' heard anything from NVC yet. I called last week and got my case # and IIN # from NVC. The operator gave me both, and said they had been assigned on June 20th. He then told me that he could give me the #'s but I wouldn't actually be able to do anything until I got the email from NVC, which I have (inexplicably) not received yet. And, indeed, even though I have the numbers, I can't do anything on the on-line portal...

I just ask, because it seems like most other people have been able to move forward a soon as an operator gave them their #s. Thanks in advance and best of luck to all!!

Megwin, we are exactly In the same boat! My NOA2 was May 15th. Hubby called NVC on June 17th and got Case number (but not IIN). I called on June 23rd and got IIN number but until now I am not able to do anything. We did not get the email either and I am not sure if its time to call again or just wait for their email.

I am sorry, but I am happy to see I am not the only one in this situation, I was so frustrated before I read your post.

Got my Case number May 23rd and I received AOS bill from NVC June 4th. That's about 8 working days, but everything in NVC now takes 30days or even more.

Paid my AoS and IV yesterday!

Our translations were completed and are being mailed overnight today. I get them tomorrow am and overnight to the lawyer tomorrow!!

The lawyer is submitting the AoS and IV packages this week as well as completing the DS260!!!

It shows up on the summary page under "Affidavit of Support Fee" section across from the petitioner's name

I think you meant the "Invoice' table by summary page? So does it only changes or also on the 'receipt' tab. When I login it by default takes me to receipt tab.
