I am expecting DS 261 and AOS fee invoice available early next week. I have a question for people who have went through this before:

I have recently got a little bump in my salary, now when I will fill in I864EZ, I will write in my current salary as of today, correct?

However, there will be discrepancies in the pay stubs the most recent one and from previous months? Can I just send employment verification letter which contains my most recent salary or pay stubs are mandatory as well along with I864EZ? (I am petitioner)

Yep! If you read Saylin's wiki (first post in this thread and in her signature), it details everything that's included in the AOS and IV package.

When you get your police certificate, make a copy of it as you'll need to take that with you to your medical, too. Send the original to NVC with your IV.

Hmmm...some of these documents are duplicated from what has already been sent...for the lV package it says to send original or certified marriage certificate - but we already sent one with I130 - I'm assuming we'll need to send another one??

Yep. If you sent originals to USCIS (which they ask you not to do), you'll need to send in new originals to NVC.

I just called NVC and found out that they approved my AOS package yesterday!

Well, I didn't receive a false checklist so it looks like some people receive false checklists while others don't.

I'm now waiting for them to review my IV package and DS-260. I'll just have to wait until Sept 5th (my 30th business day).

I hope I don't get a checklist on my IV package. I reviewed it so many times! Fingers crossed!

Keep in mind, it can take a couple days to a week or more to receive emails from NVC, so it may just be that you haven't received the false checklist yet

Congrats, that is awesome! From other people's stories avoiding a checklist on the AOS package is no small feat.

Hey, that's awesome! Congratulations! According to your timeline they scanned it in June 16, so if we count that as day 1, yesterday was business day 31. Not bad!

A general thought-- I think the crazy delay with IV payments is a way for them to press the pause button, so to speak, and catch up on document review, or at least work through some of the document review backlog. I think that 30 business days wasn't enough, and they've just frozen it for random people. If that's the case, I'd honesty prefer they be transparent about it, and apply it consistently. Like, "Hey everyone, we aren't unlocking any IV invoices at all until we catch up on AOS/IV packages, unless your case has been expedited. This is what's causing the delay." Or something like that. I just hate not knowing, and if they were transparent they'd receive much fewer phone calls/e-mails as well.

Good Morning

Just got off the the phone with lovely Ruby. She gave me the INN # . She also infoirmed me that my (petioner) DOB is wrong on there system and i should send them a copy

of my passport to be corrected.

This shows that lovemytico is right about constantly calling to be on top of things. When i called yesterday and talked to (forgot her name) she did NOT mention about the wrong DOB plus she REFUSED to give me the INN number.

If i had not called again today i would NOT have submitted the DS 261 today neither would i have found out that my DOB is wrong in there system.

Called today. CASE COMPLETE! Last doc scan date is June 19. I wonder how long it has been taking to get interview dates scheduled. Hoping for a Sept. date but the wife thinks October. I will look back through threads, but if anyone knows what the latest trend is, please reply. Thanks

Well just called NVC, no update here today is our 30 BD for our IV package, which still needs to be reviewed seems like nobody touched it yet well....i guess some more waiting
