Case complete!!!!!

We received a checklist in error on June 13th, and they finally removed it!(Business day 31). Don't lose hope for those who are still waiting, it's hard but you can all make it through!! Going to celebrate this weekend! This bloody journey is almost over!!

I'm so glad they finally removed that bogus checklist. Here's hoping for a swift interview appointment!

Congratulations Jsumner86. It was frustrating to see your case being delayed for an error on part of NVC. Our case has also been delayed as NVC could not find my wife's checklist email sent on April 30th.

I hope NVC speeds up quickly for you! It's not a nice journey, but it feels so great when you get good news! IF you can get through this, you can get through everything! I will be sticking around to see everyone's progress!

as for uscis, they're processing NOA2 at a snail's pace. only 13 NOA2's this month for texas. nebraska is almost at a halt, they began transferring feb cases (at the beginning of july) to california. california is whipping cases out which is totally frustrating as people with feb noa1 dates are getting approvals well before dec and jan filers. its a whole mess. so much for 5 or 6 month processing average.....its more like 7!!! be happy your out of there!!!

Thanks a lot for the encouraging words. Its not a nice journey at all. Every steps seems to have an hurdle to cross. I pray the rest of us cross this NVC stage as soon as possible.

My wife has been the strongest through this whole process, even though she's broke down a lot lately. She's always would quote this, "God never tells us no, he has three options. Yes, not right now, or I have something better in mind.". It's hard, but patience was something we really learned during this process..
