Well, my package was delivered to NVC on July 15 according to the tracking number. But when I called NVC they told me they received it on July 18. So, July 18 is actually a scan date, and they will never give you date when the package physically was delivered to NVC?

The date physically received doesn't matter at this point. July 18 is the date you want to track from. When others' from July 18th start getting approvals, that's when you'll want to call.

NVC does not use the same terminology we do. The agent will say they received something on bla bla date. That's what we refer to as the scan date (since we know it was physically received a few days prior).

I received a checklist for AOS on 30th business day which is today.

In Part 6. Sponsor's Income and Employment, please correct the following...

[x] Items 13.a.1. The income you enter must match the total (gross) income reported on your most recent Federal

income tax return.

Don't we need to put line 22 from my 1040 of year 2013 on this part 6, 13 a ? If i am wrong, can you please tell me which line from 1040 should i put in part 6 of 13 a?

Mine was reviewed and got a checklist today for AOS. My civil docs are being reviewed and sept 2 will be the 30th business day.

NVC works on a range of dates. They simply started on the 16th Friday night.

Not to mention, if it's like USCIS, then each person grabs a stack of packages and works through them, it's not like they go through each package one by one, in the order they're received. So, if one person, who has later dates in the range, reviews them faster than people with earlier dates in the range, well, it's gonna appear on here that NVC is on later dates, even though there's still people waiting with earlier dates. Hopefully that makes sense

before they used to take just 2 weeks then 30 days then 30 business days now more than 30 business days ....they are getting slower and slower.I don't understand ....For checklist also more than 30 business days to review just one document.

Then u should definitely call Nvc and ask them what's the checklist for. Unless saylin or some other expert member can tell u something that they might know.

Please realize that NVC got an influx of cases from USCIS and got backlogged. And since it appears they haven't implemented anything to help get rid of the backlog, until then, time frames are just going to continue to get worse as USCIS doesn't stop sending cases to NVC, backlog or no backlog.
