I have been waiting 60 days exactly today! :(

60 days ? OMG have you called them and asked them about it ? like how long is it going to take ? i am scared now :( i hope i don't have to wait this long cause my AOS packet is still not been scanned yet they told me it will appear on 27th along with IV invoice but its weekend so i am hoping that it's going to happen on monday.

Guys,

Need help here. Do you have any idea why the IV portal now shows "IN PROCESS" when it was already in "PAID" status 3 days ago? I wasn't done with filling up my DS260 yet, I started it last Friday but now I'm unable to do so. :cry:

Uhhh, that's very weird. Call up ASAP tomorrow and ask about that.

NVC got my case.........May 2nd

Case Number & INN.....May 27th

DS261 Completed.......June 4th

AOS fee paid.............. June 5th

AOS pack sent............June7th

AOS pack scanned.....June13th

IV pack resent.............July 18th (we sent it one week after aos pack but mail retorned to my husband office)

IV pack scanned.........July 21th

IV fee paid...................July 23th

DS260 Completed.......July 24th

AOS checklist..............July 25th

Checklist correction....July 26th

Checklist scan............July 31th

2nd Checklist and Ds260 accepted...September 12th

If NVC does it like you do, there will never be processing backlogs....

HAHA, nope. I do have my email open in a tab whenever I'm at a computer as well as another tab open with this thread. So, as soon as I see an email has arrived and it's from VJ, I refresh the VJ tab ;) And since I'm pretty much always on my computer when at home (and for 8 hours at work), well, no rest for me :P

And if only NVC was as quick and efficient as I was :rofl: Everyone would be through NVC in a week!

I guess because I finished my Ds260 last Thursday and I didnt see the page again, I felt scared to screw it up but I saw it today it says in process but my Ds260 in completed :) I think it is some kind of portal work too... I dont want more negative things in my process :crying:

DS260's showing INCOMPLETE coz I wasn't able to finish it the last time I logged in and I can't edit it already today.

I just checked my https://ceac.state.gov/ and everything looked fine! :yes:

Let me know what an NVC agent tells you tomorrow! Fingers crossed! :star:
