I'm pretty certain that it only asks for the previous 10 years for work history, rather than your ENTIRE work history if that helps at all. :)

Yeah, I meant 10, but for me 10 years is almost my entire life haha. Seriously though I was in middle school in 2004, I wasn't able to work if I wanted to. But I did find my old records of employment so it gives me a good timeline if I end up needing it! Might as well prepare :)

02/28/2014 - NOA1 i-130 accepted and sent to Vermont Service Center
03/04/2014 - NOA1 hard copy06/25/2014 - NOA2 i-130 approved and sent to NVC

Timeline

We just finished with her interview this morning and everything went well. The actual interview was only about 5-6 minutes, the rest of the time was just waiting for them to get around to her. They didn't ask for any pictures, any convos, no proof of anything. Just certificates and that was it.

Bringing someone from a MENA country can be so bad but in our case either we got lucky, or to be realistic, it may be that much easier if the beneficiary is female and christian. I could be wrong but I'm just glad it worked out. We are so relieved that this process is just about over. They said the VISA should be delivered in about a week.

There is someone who has been waiting for 40 business days on one of the Facebook groups that I subscribe to. :wow:

My friend has been waiting for the IV fee for 38 business days. Her hubby talked to a supervisor, but he was told to wait more... :dead:

I don't know what's going on with NVC... :no:

Oh my God. That's cruelty beyond words. I feel so so bad for us that we had to get stuck in this backlog!

Waiver approvals were at 8 months last year... they are at around 3.5-4 months now.... YEEEEEEE HAWWWWWWW

I got a checklist it was scan in July 17 will it really take 30 business days for aos forms they will review my iv packet this week
