There should be no charge. My original NOA2 (and NOA1) were never delivered to me. Changed to a US address and requested/received a duplicate NOA2 for free.

Hi MoBar65, any updates on ur case? It must be 30 business days now since june 13...i saw case complete from someone whose last documents were scanned on the 16th june, but it was their checklist response that was scanned on the 16th june..

Has anyone recently sent in AOS and IV packages together snail mail? Im trying to decide if I will do this or not, we have everything ready for both. What are the the reasons why some of you did not do this, disadvantages? From reading the Wikki it seems I can send both packages with the AOS coversheet. Please correct me if this is wrong.

In the wikki says the below: But i wanted to get some more information from peoples experiences, because you all are amazing!!

Note: the two packages (AOS and IV) can either be mailed separately or together. Either one works. Again, as long as NVC receives it, that's all that matters. If you do decide to mail them together, I suggest putting each in a separate manila envelope (and clearly mark it and write "AOS" or "IV" on each one), then putting both manila envelopes inside the shipping envelope.

Breaking News: NVC gave checklist to my Friend for writing N/A in I-864 form.. She called and they said her to leave blank space as mentioned in Instructions.

They are making All Loved one Frustrated now.

I hope others don't get this kind checklists.

Deep, I just want to clarify if the form your friend sent in and got a checklist for was the full I-864 or the I-864EZ.

I sent in the full I-864 and wrote N/A in every single blank spot and I'm really hoping not to get a checklist.

Has anyone else here sent in a full I-864, wrote N/A in all of the blanks, and got approved without a checklist???

Thank you for asking. Nothing yet for my case (haven't called NVC since mid-June.) I did notice the post-checklist CC you referred to but I figured checklists are on a slightly faster track (they really should be reviewed as soon as responses scanned, they've waited long enough). I will start calling on late Monday though. Hopefully I won't miss out on the first round of September interviews next week.

No problem. I know you never know with that place. I think it's whoever is checking over the file decides it's checklist worthy or not by the looks of it :/

They're working on various mail dates right now. A lot of people from 10th-13th are still waiting! Hopefully next week is your week!

You and me both buddy. Frankly, you're the reason I didn't start calling yet, figuring you've gotta have CC before me. I expect I'll break down this Monday though. We sure could use Soloenta's crystal ball. She retired it last month.

We were told by one agent it was under review, but I take that with a grain of salt. Within the 4-8 hours we called, they all told us different things. One even said "I didn't know supervisors could remove checklists". Just shows you they don't know how the process really works, or they try to give their own advice.

Hopefully we will see a lot of case completes on Monday! Good luck! Hopefully we can find another crystal ball around here .

WE filed the EZ and put NA in every single blank. and NVC accepted. And when I filed the new AOS using my daughter as the sponsor, we used the EZ and gave it to the embassy during the interview.... They didn't even want it at first but took it anyway.... they only asked me who the new sponsor is... I just said " my daughter" The embassy didn't even care...I was stressing over nothing. I think it is a NVC obsession

Thanks for replying..our 30 business will be on monday..my husband(the beneficiary) kept trying to call NVC on friday..i told him its no use..we will call on the next friday..but his call never got through ??...im jus praying for a review w/o a checklist...good luck to you...keep us updated :)
