Hi PCOZ! Yes we did call today. The call went through around 11:45 pm. My husband and I are on Skype and his phone is on speaker. The lady he talked to ask us to hold on because someone is accessing our file and lo and behold, she told us that we just got case complete at that moment!

I am buddies with you. My AOS checklist was also received on 18th and scanned on 22nd. I still have my IV but that 30 day period is up Aug 4th. Oh well let's hang in there together and keep busy.

I thought we might be! Let's start calling again at the end of August. In the meantime, I hope you're able to sort out your Singapore police certificate without causing any delays to your case!

I am really pulling for you and your family! Beyond all the delays and nonsense that we're all experiencing, I strongly believe that your case in particular highlights the need for reform of our immigration system. It doesn't make a whole lot of sense for a previous LPR spouse and parent of USCs to go through this exact process multiple times. I also argue that an expedite criteria that does not prioritize the reunification of a USC parent with USC children probably needs to be rethought.

Hi guys I paid the AOS fee last night and after paying there was an option for me to print document cover sheet. Is the document cover sheet the barcode to send in with the I 864? On that cover sheet it has the payer information, the applicant which is me, the petitioner's name, for payment it says in progress the date and time paid and there is also a transaction I.D. number.

That sounds more like the payment confirmation page. The cover sheet has an address, the beneficiary's name, and a barcode, plus some instructions to send your AOS package to the address listed.

If you go to the receipt page, after IV shows paid you will have the option to print out document cover sheet that looks like this:
