I cannot believe you're still waiting! :-(

Is your Congressperson involved? If not, they really should be at this point!!!!

Thanks bdrew612. We have just done that and got a SR in as well.

Hoping for the best in August. However I really want to have my AOS checked by someone, waiting and ready to go .

I don't want a checklist, the torture from the RFE is enough to last a life time..... :).

Good luck in your interview

Yes, my wife called yesterday evening and was told that it is taking more than 30 business days to review. The agent said that June 11th document will be reviewed shortly. We do not want to go for the supervisor review as it did not help earlier and delayed the process as my wife waited for a few days to resend the checklist reply hoping that the supervisor would trace her email of April 30th.

Jag

Check back today evening you.It might be reviewed...

I am waiting on a June 11 document also-- the AOS. I will still be waiting on the IV package, so perhaps it's unnecessary to feel impatient, but I WOULD like to know if there is a checklist, in order to address it as soon as possible. The lady on the phone did say it would be soon... but not what that means.

Josef and Aya and Bisola_2011 are still waiting for NOA2, as well :-( This is ridiculous for all of you and it's not right.

Have you read through Saylin's wiki on the AOS process? If you're needing a joint sponsor, that's beyond my comprehension, but if you're still stuck after reading the wiki or have other questions, lots of people here will help :-)

I also have a question. I started a new job in January. I'm paid hourly and my yearly salary at that rate is above the requirement. I also have a rental property but I don't net that much from it and I don't need it to qualify. So, from my understanding since the qualifying income I'm using is all from salary W2 income I can just use the EZ form ... right?? Am I missing anything?? Of course they'll see the rental income on my transcripts but since I don't need it to qualify I'm in the clear, right??

Yes, you should be eligible to use the I-864EZ as you're qualifying on income solely from W2s.

yup, as long as you qualify using your W2s then you can use 864EZ

If you're using the I-864EZ, in the address field (where it asks if your permanent address is different from your mailing address), write NONE or N/A! Or, the other address if you have one.

And I don't actually have to have the W2s, right?? Since I just started the job in January I won't have any. Last year my W2 income at my previous job was also enough and I plan on submitting a half dozen paystubs and a letter from my employer.

Haha, I've spent years in careers where accurate paperwork was a must but I'm shaking like a chihuahua at the prospect of messing this up!!

Tell me about it! I am a smart lady and have been very successful until US immigration. I have lost my job before I started it :-(

I applied in september PD 09/20/13 and was supposed to start working 07/14/14. I naively thought this would be enough time... evidently not :-(

Yeah, not having a W2 at your current job is fine (since no one will have a W2 from their current job yet). Just make sure you submit an employment letter and recent pay stubs and you should be good to go

For previous years, you don't need W2s at all if you submit tax transcripts ;)
