And as I said to someone else earlier this morning, take what these phone Agents say with a grain of salt. They're not the ones reviewing the documents, so they really don't know.

I hate those agents for checklist they are taking 30 business days just to review one document it is horrible to wait again 5 months in NVC.then wait for interview.

Do you know what an outlier is?

You have to read a little bit more into this stuff. Just because one person gets a case complete and they have a scanned date way past everyone else's in their signature does not mean that is the scan date that the NVC is working on. You have to read more posts in here, when you see a trend, that's how you can tell what date they are working on.

I just don't want you or anyone else to get their hopes up or start getting really frustrated that NVC skipped 15 days worth of scan dates.

FOr me now to even come here I feel so bad becz It is been since so long in NVC and can't wait anymore.I got checklist now again have to wait that is too much to wait 30 business days for one document (checklist) to revie......

We feel your pain. Our NAO2 is of January 29th. NVC received last checklist reply in their system on June 11th and it is past 30 business days but they have not reviewed it. Stay strong and hang in there.

I'm still in the begging of the process at NVC (I'll call later to see if they have my case already), but my plan is to have everything done and do just like you, sent the packages ASAP!!!

Good for you! I wish I had a lawyer. I got screwed and it cost me 40 days waiting for the IV fee invoice because I was too cheap to hire a lawyer. :wacko: It was my second time getting screwed. :dead: I got screwed for the first time when I got transferred to NSC. :bonk:

I'm just curious. You got a checklist on the AOS package. You probably mentioned this on here before, but what was the reason for the checklist again? :huh2:

Just got off the phone with NVC. I had to redial about 100 times to get through but the hold time was "short" at about 22 minutes.

They scanned my AOS checklist response on 07/22, "only" 2 business days after receiving it.

30 business days from 07/22 is 09/03... :clock:

I'm the USC petitioner. My wife is British (now a USC!!!), generally awesome, and amazingly patient.

Can some one please answer me. my i130 was approved on 22july . i just wonder how would i know if my case is been shifted to nvc? becaz till now i did not get any email .how long it takes to shift the case to nvc? i know abt case number which takes 1 month.but im confused abt shifting of my case to nvc :unsure:

Can some one please answer me. my i130 was approved on 22july . i just wonder how would i know if my case is been shifted to nvc? becaz till now i did not get any email .how long it takes to shift the case to nvc? i know abt case number which takes 1 month.but im confused abt shifting of my case to nvc :unsure:
