I just called and spoke with Don at NVC.. i got a case complete as of yesterday. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT. I told him to reconfirm that i had a case complete!

The NVC Site doesnt show n/a for AOS yet.

! seems like they are reviewing all packages once they get to the first scanned date. I had two packages waiting, June 11th and June 20th. They probably reviewed both when they got to June 11th document.

NVC is reviewing both AOS and IV packages together now!? :wow:

They scanned my AOS package on June 16th. My IV package arrived at NVC on Tuesday. They'll probably scan my IV package tomorrow or next Monday. :star:

I wonder if they'll review my AOS and IV packages at the same time? The 30th-business-day for my AOS package is July 29th (next Tuesday). :)

If they review my AOS and IV packages together, I'll save 30 business days (45 days)! :dance:

Yes...Extortion Fee paid ahead of time....you do the elis.uscis.dhs.gov first...so many security steps on this site.....

You need your case number and your Alien Registration number to register. If you are traveling fairly quickly after

the visa is issued then get it done ASAP. It will make entry a breeze and expedite receiving your Green Card.

then go to pay.gov site. You can pay with credit or routing number.....takes a couple of days to process...

No receipt was required for paymment of fee during entry.

Jeez... 37 business days since NVC received my DS-261 and still no invoice. No email either. And no one at NVC will help us! Not even a supervisor! So I guess next step is ask politicians to help and if they won't, then we stay at NVC forever :P

Well, on the bright side, you're definitely kicking butt at setting the world record for longest IV fee invoice wait time. :thumbs:
