Should I leave this unchecked if she did not file in 2013 but did for 2012 and 2011?

NVC scanned docs for the I-864. I sdnt mine on the 12 of July they confirmed they

received on July 14 but thry have not given a date for when they scanned them???

I don't think it is a matter of how many columns - I think the question is how easy is it interpret by its readers. In this case, all the information is needed. What you have done well is group that information and then colour code it. If the 'whole' picture is to be seen it needs to be large.

Gah! Got a checklist for petitioner's I-864... shouldn't be too much extra time though because we are sending off the IV today though, so we can send the fixed form back at the same time.

That's one "good thing" about having to wait to pay the IV fee for 30 business days.

If you get a checklist on the AOS package, you can send the requested document with your IV package.

It won't change your timeline and it won't cost you anything extra since you can send it with your IV package.

Hi all, my husband and I received a checklist from NVC which we sent back last week. We were informed 20-30 business days for review but are wondering if anyone has any experience with this being faster? We've been in the NVC stage since April and it feels like it will never end. Thanks!

We have also been there since April and at this rate I can't see us arriving into the US until after Thanksgiving.

We were also check listed on AOS for a minor thing. It was delivered last week but I haven't called yet to see when it was scanned in but I am thinking it is going to take them 30 business days to review and then it will be a pleasant surprise if it is shorter.

You will have to call the NVC to confirm when the package was scanned into their system. It's usually a few business days after it was delivered.

My husband filed for 2013 and not for 2012 and 2011. So when I called Nvc they said that 2013 is the main reason for this box so u should check it even if he filed only 2013. In ur case it's totally the opposite so I would say u should leave it blank cuz 2013 they are the most concerned about. Correct me If I m wrong

It says pay now but when u click it no invoice will be there since it will take around 30 biz days since u submitted 261. Yes it's indeed a short form but that's how Nvc is. Slow and torturous. Nobody understands them

It's fine. It will take a bit for them to input your case. No need to panic. It's in the WIKI for the NVC process!!!!

There's nothing wrong with the message "this case is in process of termination.." The case number was just literally assigned and they're inputting it into the system..It's a good sign, and no reason to call NVC. This is covered in the WIKI of the NVC process.

Yay, congrats on the successful interview! Sucks about what happened though Glad you guys were smart enough to return the next day, not to mention happy you were let in!

I wonder if NVC has added another speed bump.

I paid the IV fee last Friday and it now shows "PAID". However, I can't fill out the DS-260 form yet. I believe the word "NOT STARTED" will be an active link once it's ready for me to fill out the form.

I just called NVC and talked to Agent Max. He told me to wait for 5 business days for the system to be updated. I couldn't help telling him, "WHAT!? You mean I'll have to wait more after waiting for 30 business days to pay the IV fee?"

Now it seems like there is a speed bump at every step of the NVC process. I'm loving NVC today! NOT!

Sad to say I think it took me a couple of weeks seemed like a year.

I must say I'M REALLY PISSED OFF I GOT STUCK IN ANOTHER LONG BACKLOG and it's just not fair. Everyone after CC will get their interview and I'll have another long wait. I think they're trying to see if I commit suicide first.

Just got hard copy NOA2 from NVC today. Thought I would say Hi. It looks like there's another waiting game going on over at NVC. Let's hope I can jump through these hoops successfully. Anyway Hello to all.
