Whata deal! I've been checking the ceac site about 3 times a day to see if the IV fee is available and nothing, I called last Friday to request a supervisor review which they granted so I'm really anxious to get on to the next step cuz I was also stuck in the backlog in USCIS so I called NVC this morning and talked to Abigail and she said they are working on documents and packets scanned on June 9th but my ds261 was scanned on the 3rd! And she said it may just be a few more days but it could also be 30 biz days from July 17 when the supervisor review was requested!!! I sure hope not. Anyone received their IV invoice lately? And when was your ds261 scanned?

Business day 35. IV invoice still MIA.

We haven't even got an email from them. We've been ignored while they process everyone who filed afterwards and we're not quite sure why.

I'm right behind you, on business day 32. I just called and it's still under supervisor review (has been since Friday.) She said she couldn't tell me when it would be unlocked because she didn't know.

This was also the hardest time I've ever had getting past the busy signal. I must have called at least 40 times before I got through. They are so slammed right now.

Were you able to pay your IV bill? I've got an email for IV invoice yesterday but I can't see the payment portal yet in the website till now. I just wonder if they have a standard turn around time for this.

Have not been able to pay the IV bill up till now. I spoke with a supervisor today and he said it will be available any time from now till few days. Have been checking the website every minute. I guess maybe they are applying a new method to this already long process. I'll let you know as soon as the bill become available. Please let me know whenever the bill is available for you to pay. You don't switch to "in transit" until the interview is assigned. Generally it'll be within a day or two of receiving your interview date that your case is shipped out to the embassy.

Ah i see, thanks. I wondered if this was a "tell" to show they had scheduled something (like the "n/a" on case complete) but if it changes after then i guess not.

So sorry about that. You are not been ignored am sure you'll definitely get your IV bill this week. Fingers crossed for you.

How long should I expect to have our case "In the process of termination" ?? We got the email yesterday that we could go pay the fees but it still says in the process of termination. I've seen others say that it's just a few hours but it's been 24 now. I feel like the terminator is after me!!!

It seems most of us who got email for the invoices yesterday can't pay online yet. I hope NVC do something about it soonest.

My wife had no income in 2013, so in part 6 of i-864, we put income for 2012, 2011, 2010 and included her tax transcripts for each of those years. She didn't file in 2013. Should we have instead entered "zero" for 2013, and incomes for 2012 and 2011 and included the "verification of non-filing" for 2013 and transcripts for 2012 and 2011?

Is that all we need to fix and re-send?

I paid the IV fee last Friday and it now shows "PAID". However, I can't fill out the DS-260 form yet. I believe the word "NOT STARTED" will be an active link once it's ready for me to fill out the form.

I just called NVC and talked to Agent Max. He told me to wait for 5 business days for the system to be updated. I couldn't help telling him, "WHAT!? You mean I'll have to wait more after waiting for 30 business days to pay the IV fee?"

Now it seems like there is a speed bump at every step of the NVC process. I'm loving NVC today! NOT!

That's weird. My ds260 was available right when the fee changed to paid. I knowww I don't know what the hell is going up with them. Every process is taking so many days. I really hope u get it real soon!!

Yes, whether you filed or not, 2013 should have been the most recent year. So, use 2013, 2012, and 2011 as previous years and put in $0 for 2013. Then include proof of why she didn't need to file.

I was not required to file a return in 2013, as I did not meet the income threshold for this tax period. I have included a Verification of Non-Filing Letter for 2013.

I have included my most recent tax transcripts (2012, 2011) in conjunction with the I-864 form, as required.
