Oh my gosh I might have a case complete!!!!! THe AOS fee says N/A on CEAC right now! Can it be true?!?!?! I have to call first thing to find out! OMG OMG OMG!!!!!

I paid my AOS fee and it currently says "In Process." I have seen them take the money out of my bank account. I am sending the AOS Package on Thursday. Is this safe?

We have a very similar timeline, and call me crazy, but i sent the package the same day I paid the AOS bill. Everything is taking so much longer just to get scanned, and then processed, I thought it was safe. The package was sent FedEx on Friday and arrived today in the morning. The payment cleared my account today. Hope that helps! I say, send it!

Hi everyone,Submitted my DS-261 on July 19th and still NOT able to pay the AOS fee!!!!!!!its been saying this case is in the process of termination....for 4 days now.i dont think this is normal cause everyone was able to pay a day after submitting 261.what should I do?when I called them they said they dont even have our emails in the system, which I gave them 2 weeks ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!do u think that might be the reason why i havent been billed yet?

Hint heavily of dire consequences of NVC checklists if they don't perfect using your form. Heck... send them false checklists as well to toughen their skins. :devil:

How about NVC ACE patches to those who sail through NVC+signatures+spreadsheet without any checklists?

I'm afraid by the time you pull all the stops to insure yourself against liabilities, your charges will go through the roof just to stay afloat. Start with a small businesses class if you're serious about it.

I haven't seen plain vanilla CCs yet today. Last I've seen was a June 6th scanner on Friday. June 7-8 fell on a weekend.

Does anyone knows which date scanned that NVC processing now? My last package has been scanned into the system on June 16. I am so worry because the PCC will be expired on July 28. Do they send me a checklist for new PCC? Its really bad if I got a checklist for that instead of bring it to the interview.

Looks like they are on June 6th as of last Thursday night. If the PCC expires, I think they will tell you to bring a new one to interview. (From what I've seen in the the past)

Hmm, my wife called on day 23 after my review docs were scanned in and was told we need to wait 6 weeks - no ifs or buts. I'm now on day 27. Is it possible to ask directly for Sylvia when calling NVC..?

We don't have reviewed documents. We were told our checklist would be remove on the 13th of June, the supervisor we had originally moved to a different department and it still hasn't been removed. They're making it more complicated than it really is... I would ask to speak to a supervisor and don't take no for an answer. But, for review docs it is taking up to the full 30 business days.

I finally sent the IV package! Fingers crossed that I won't get a checklist.

I'll fill out the DS-260 form next; then, I can finally relax! Maybe enjoy the endless (feels like) summer?

Wait! Since my AOS scan date is June 16, NVC will review my AOS package this week or next week.

OK! I'll get to relax after NVC has reviewed my AOS package assuming I don't get a checklist. Fingers crossed!

I called Monday for my AOS scanned on June 16 Abby not in the greatest mood but nice just the same said nothing yet I said they didn't even look at it she said not yet! WHAT is going on this is torture first they messed up and I paid for it at USCIS then the super long wait there then this OMG I'll never see my husband again. I hate to say it since there are many in the same boat but WHY ME FOR PETE'S SAKE! :ranting: :ranting: :ranting: :angry: <_< :cry:

I know - it is crazy isn't it. My children started Term 3 today - reluctantly. They had thought they would finish here after Term 2. I have told them they can finish when I get my interview date so they have some time off before going into a full year in the US. Of course by the time they get there it will be quite a few weeks into the year.

Daughter got her Clarinet today and is insistent on practising right in front of the brother!!! World War III is about to erupt and the dogs are shaking!!!

2014/12/2 - interview and APPROVED

2014/12/18 - Smooth and quick POE at LAX then onto JFK by domestic
