NVC operator wouldn't put me through a supervisor.. Said they "found" our "mail" for the checklist...!?!! I heard about this before with supervisor reviews, I'm pretty sure.. She said they need a bit more time to process our case.. and I simply said "You know it's 30 business days on Friday right?" She didn't give me an answer for that. -.-

I'm wondering if you got a runaround with a nonsensical agent. I know it sucks, but I would get on the phone and keep trying until I got with a supervisor. This is ridiculous :-(

I think re-wording the AOS/IV Send to AO/IV Scan date is a great idea, that could give people an idea of when to call NVC to get an update (assuming they use your spreadsheet properly)!

Adding in the check list dates is great idea, too.

If there isn't a big gap in between the DS-261 and the AOS fee being available, maybe those could be consolidated to one column? If there is a gap, forget I said that

Yeah, I'm not sure why I ever put 'sent' for the packages instead of 'received' or 'scanned', but that's in the past :P

Hmm, I can definitely combine the AOS bill and DS-261, but people need to confirm if they're being issued on the same date or not. I thought they weren't, but who knows.

My DS-261/AOS fee was literally a day apart (24 hours exactly from when I completed the form!). But, I missed that cray cray backlog by a week, so I'm not sure if there's still a gap. Perhaps it's best to leave it as two columns to see how people are reporting it.

Yeah, although it'd be nice to combine it, might be easier if they're separate. Especially for in the future when there may be a larger gap (if current trends are any indication!).

True! And for everyone else's sake, I hope this current trend ends soon!! This is ridiculous!

Same here! It'd be nice if this overhaul won't be needed, but as there's so many time ticks to track now due to longer time frames...

Just realized I'll have to update my request form with all these updates, which means I'll have to make another video on how to properly fill it out :bonk:

I hope you get the IV fee invoice email today or tomorrow! :star:

The current record holder of waiting for the IV fee invoice is 35 business days (50 days) according to my Facebook immigration group. :bonk:

Some people got really lucky and got it in 18-24 business days!

35 business days: dead.

Mine is 31 business days today, I hope I get the IV bill today or tomorrow. This process is really killing.
