77?! WOW! I hope our construction season wasn't too much of a headache!

Yeah, I think I got 77 when I wasn't going so fast, so I was basically just using my battery, thus little gas was used :) And we mostly just used the 494 to get to places, so we weren't affected by construction. Although, when we returned home today, there were patched of heavy traffic for what appeared to be no apparent reason :huh2:

If you're referring to the I-864, part 4, question 12 and you didn't answer that question, then yes, you'll get a checklist as it's a required question.

1. Yes, it's based on CURRENT household size. But that doesn't mean 2013, that means current, as in right NOW. Not any previous years.

2. Although she may be over the poverty line currently, NVC (and the embassy/consulate) does look at previous years' income, so if she's close to zero, then it's highly recommended you get a joint sponsor.

Thank you very much!

Hi Saylin I have a question. I reside with the USC and our children. And we have two petitions at the NVC one for a stepchild and one for spouse. Since we have our own i-864 should we be represented on each i-864. For instance should he be listed as a dependent on mine (he's 12 and my husband is the bread winner) and should I be on represented on his as the spouse of the petitioner in the household size?

If you haven't sent the IV packet yet, include the missing info in the cover letter there. Otherwise, mention the missed address to the CO during the interview. I think it would only be an issue if it would trigger the need for a police certificate from a totally different jurisdiction than what you provided already, or the stay was in a US address. In any case, if you stayed there less than 6 months, don't bother.

Yup we lived on the Red Sea for almost two years so I'm assuming he needs the police record from there also. I would have to send that and the added address? What a mess he's upset with me already for not waiting, like I didn't wait long enough already. :(:bonk:

Ok, so first time using the mobile version and then full version on my phone and I see no multi quote option. D'oh! Well hopefully this hasn't been answered, but no, it won't matter if you check off 'I don't know'. They have that option available for a reason ;)

And I currently don't have access to look at the DS-260 form, but if it's in the preparer section, I'm assuming it's referring to the preparer.

P.S. I blame my husband for making me use my phone to check this thread. I was going to on my laptop, but he was starving, so I wasn't allowed to. So here I am at Perkins, checking this thread. *insert pissed off emoticon*

OMG yes it was the preparer's section and I put his passport number not mine! :( SHOOT ME!

Don't worry. Just mention it at the interview. Or if you want and haven't sent the IV package, then include a paragraph or two in the cover letter about it.

I sent it but was thinking of sending the added address with the explanation that I forgot to add it there were so many. Also we lived there for almost two years so now we have to get Police Records from the Red Sea also. What a mess this is I just want to sleep for a week. Thank you Sayling for you help. (F)(L)(F)

Don't fret about it. As I've mentioned before, I have yet to see someone get a checklist for the DS-260. Just mention it at the interview and all will be well. Don't stress about it!!
