There aren't any restrictions placed on the beneficiary's travel while he or she is outside the US waiting for visa processing.

Yes, of course you can travel outside your country. Why wouldn't you be able to?

But that sounds really hard, all that reading! I just want to be given the answer right away, without looking it up and posting multiple times until I'm satisfied.
