Hello,

I received this email today regarding my i-864 AOS form. AFAIK or remember I've filled the form completed. Its kinda confusing now what all do I have to send again? Is the just the I-864 form or other supporting Financial documents (EMPLOYMENT LETTER, IRS TAX TRANSCRIPTS) aswell?

I've seen multiple timelines from india. I think it's safe to guess interview dates are about 7 weeks after CC.

Wify is going to be mad at me if i tell her she wont have her interview until middle of Sept.. I ain't telling!

thank you hahhaha that made me laugh... my in-laws is about 5 weeks away... you never know it might be end of aug

I was wondering if one of you wonderful people can help ease my mind a little bit. I am at the NVC right now. Case was received on June 11th and Case # was generated on June 27th. I am still unable to go on the website and sign in. It has that saying that states "it's no longer available for processing, etc, etc" I am not worried about that saying after reading your posts... It just has said that for awhile now. My question is.. normally how long has it been taking everyone to receive the e-mail from NVC to be able to pay the fees and fill out the form online? Should I be expecting some time this week or should I already have gotten it? Thank you to all, and I wish everyone the best and most speedy luck

NVC received my case the same day. as of today i can't do anything it seems to be taking little more longer as of lately. we just have to play the wait game again.

No, because the Originals are from the issuing authority. They do not need to be certified from ministries as long as they are coming from the issuing aurthority.

It has been one month since my AoS fee was Paid and approved and about as long since the DS-261 was approved. Still no option to pay for IV. Is it about time to call?

I am so tired of this process, 15 months so far. I feel like I've fallen off a tree and hit every branch on the way down.

And just because I need to vent, why the hell has my wife's IV package gotten stuck in customs for a month?

Sadly many of us feel the exact same way. Like falling into deep well with no way out! Time to call might say, ok will say 30 days but you just never know with them. Like potluck, will be praying you get your fee for IV unlocked, by the way you will still have to wait a few days to be able to download the IV.

We all need to VENT and we are here for you when you feel the need, it's how we keep the little sanity we have left.

I have to tell you guys I slept reallllllllllllly well last night haven't in a year and I finally dreamed and I was telling everyone at the Egyptian Embassy to F off and I used the F word a lot. Over and Over again. I woke up wiff a smile on my face.

That's really a good sign you are going to hear good news soon. Don't worry very very soon you'll get a case complete, an early interview with visa approval without AP and before you know it you'll be united with your husband. You are in my prayers Soloenta.

I know this may be small consolation for being apart for so long, but getting an IR-1 visa instead of a CR-1 will save you $600 from doing ROC, not to mention the headache of gathering a bunch of documents again.

Hello Saylin, i was just wondering if i get my interview before my 2 year anniversary, however i enter USA after my 2 year anniversary can i still get a IR-1 instead of a CR-1?

Thank you Our AOS fee changed to N/A somewhere around 6pm UK time yesterday, so hubby got on the phone with NVC, asked on the status of our checklisted AOS to be told we had Case Complete. If you AOS fee has changed you should call, if not sit tight, it should happen soon

Yes!! My AOS fee changed to N/A as well!! However dont have time to call the NVC today, hopefully this means a CC though :D I am so happy!!
