I know Dwipal  I was so hoping for some progress this week. I was expecting a CC next week, but looks like I might be waiting 3 more weeks at the rate they are going. I am hoping this just means people haven't called or reported on here, but hopefully they are getting through dates we just don't know about it.

Anyone with scan dates in early June that have not been notified of CC, can you call PRETTY PLEASE with sugar on top???!!! (L)(F)

My last scan date is june 9 ( and awaiting CC as well) I called this morning and was given the standard 30 buisness day speech. Its been 26 buisness days. They dont have very much time until I go bezerk. Mentally I am prepared to handle the 30 buisness days but if they start saying longer I may lose it.

I-130 submitted :11/12/13

NOA-2: 3/18/14

NVC case number: 5/7/14

AOS fee bill: 5/8/14

DS-260 submitted: 6/6/14, 1am

Last scan dates reported reviewed here were June 5-6, but this week seems dead. Guessing that VJ members are getting a bit lethargic and put off calling and checking.

There are other review reports with no timelines or signatures or scan dates mentioned. Those people really put my back up.

I know how you feel! I'm at 27 business days since my scan date was June 6th. I'm going berserk tooo! Checking CEAC every few minutes and hoping the PAID magically transforms into N/A. I somehow don't want to call them before the N/A appears because I dont want to hang on for 45 minutes to hear the 30 business days spiel. Plus calling from Malaysia ain't cheap.

Hi Amanda

How are you doing? I have been lying low for the past few days. Just can't seem to put a smile on my face after everything I have been through this week. Am having a lovely day at home with my children. My daughter is baking.

Do we know where NVC are up to date wide. Haven't seen many CC's this week. You shouldn't be too long now. Another week or so. Then let's hope for a quick interview for you.

Hugs.

Haven't heard many reports of CCs to get a good idea of dates. My guess is about 6th of June??? So, I am not expecting CC for another 2 weeks now. I will try to look on the brightside and think it is more time to prepare our documents for interview. I am taking lots of proof of assets and a joint sponsor in case they won't accept my foreign income as some people have told me on here (but I haven't been checklisted for). I have contact Sydney for clarification on whether or not they consider foreign income if the job is not continuing and all they will tell me is that it will be assessed by the consular officer on the day. So, I want to make sure I am well-prepared if I need more financial info.

I hope things start to look up for you soon, it is understandable for you to be having a hard time right now. I don't know how you do it (and many others on here). This process is stressful enough without being separated from my husband, although some days he probably wishes I would just to ahead of him to America so he doesn't have to hear me complain about the paperwork. We have considered me going with the kids (they are US citizens), but I won't consider it until we have a visa in hand since we don't know how long this will take.

In the meantime I have taken up running to keep my mind off this whole situation. I started about 6 weeks ago and could only run for 2 minutes without stopping. This week, I have run 6km three times! I have entered the 5km event for Run Melbourne next weekend and am going to train for a 10k. If we are still here in October, I will do the 10km event in the Melbourne Marathon.

Sorry for the long post everyone! Hope tomorrow brings some good news!!!
