So sorry to hear that. Do you have any idea where you messed up? . just send a new form with the barcode fee. That will save some days.

I sender already becz I though those questions were necessary and lawyer said no ,so I send separately .Today it scanned. Just becz of lawyer mistake....how much time it will take to review checklists??????????

my checklist had the coversheet/ barcode sheet looked different from the coversheet for AOS or IV package....it had Attn:DR....which i am thinking stands for document review?.....it also says on it to use that oversheey only otherwise it would cause delays

i got off the phone and feel a better...thank to for those who advised me to call....on my checklist it asked for Police clearance and wen i asked the lady she said....they are not asking us to send them the police clearance its to prompt us to get a police clearance to bring to the interview. this is for Mumbai consulate not sure of others

also how did you get your package scanned into the system same day??

I called NVC and told them that I attached AOS coversheet they said that should be fine and ALSO I got same checklist for my another case that was reviewed last week,So I though I might get for this case also so I already send it last week with AOS barcode sheet and got scanned today..

Not happy this morning.

Received a checklist for our AOS today. Very minor thing but the lawyer should have picked up on this. 13.a.1 the wrong figure was put in. Needed to be Line 22 from Tax Return and they put in Adjusted Income but this is only the case if on the EZ and we were overseas so didn't file the 1040ez but rather the 1040. Correct amount put in for 2012 but not 2013. Aaaaaaggghhhh!

Will get this off, via lawyer, on Monday but this could have been avoided.

As we still have to wait for IV documents to be reviewed hopefully it won't set us back too much.

On a good note got through to NVC first time and spoke to a nice lady called Anne.

Sorry to hear hear that..it is just amazing these lawyers don't even know or double check the amount which cause of many checklists.

ON Monday July 7th I called Nvc to knw status on my case and the women who answered said that my IV documents that they received on May 27th were accepted and that my AOS documents they received on May 29th we still under review and to call this week to get an update...

that was the reason for my call today.. to check up on my AOS package.. and to my surprise they told me my case was completed on June the 8th and that my interview was ON the 6th of August..

Thanks for the info! Congrats! You're so lucky to have received your interview date so soon!!! Hopefully your good luck will rub off on some of us still hanging out here.

Hello all

Received interview date today 8/7/14 ahhhh can't believe it. I did get the information we need for interview but a little confused on what I actually have to bring. I know I should bring the initial I-130 packet and a new police certificate for my husband but the checklist they give on interview appointment notice is a little confusing. Please help
