Looking for some job related advice

My English husband is creeped out by common critters like roaches, mosquitos, Junebugs, fire ants, Black Widow Spiders, snakes, lizards, possums, armadillos.... Have you ever noticed your kin have screens on all their windows to keep the bugs out on those rare days you open up the windows?

Last night he came in and said "what would make a mound of earth in the garden with a hole the size of a broomstick down the center"? Crawdads was my answer without looking.

None of the above have ever attacked me except fire ants. Ouch! Mosquitos do seem to love him and cause crazy red bites and swelling. Maybe you get immune to them after growing up with them. After 5 years here, they don't seem to cause such a strong reaction anymore.

Here in MD the worst we've had in this rural area where we are is large ants and a snake, which our cat usually takes care of unfortunately for them.

I do seem to get lots of swelled skeeter bites though!

I recently moved here and i am into IT as well, just got my US Equivalency today, i'm still waiting for my EAD to get approved i was wondering if you can recommend some Employment Agencies to upload my Resume into, any help is appreciated

Hi, I found between having my EAD and getting my Green Card that it was a lot tougher to get calls/emails about applications so bear that in mind, hopefully you'll have more success than I did.

employment agencies here are not the best option.

Look on Dice, Careerbuilder, Craigslist, Indeed, LinkedIn and Monster. Also look on meetup.com for local career/unemployment services.

AVOID Robert Half Technology, full of shysters who never call you back and always try and push other jobs on you which are 1. always worse than the one you originally applied for 2. usually not even qualified for. they don't even seem to look at your resume!
