I dropped the (3) l-130 in person onthe 19th(priority date) of june. They were extremely helpful by the way correcting some mistakes. Approval date June 23rd. I actually received it by mail on the 28th. Today we received (3) packet #3s. This is going some what faster than I had anticipated. Have to rush for the passports , medical and police clearance. I allready have the afadvit prepared. Sometimes good things happen fast.

Please keep us posted. I'd like to know how fast things are moving at the BKK USCIS office. A lot of people ask about it on Thai Visa

My best guess is it is the luck of the draw. If they are not busy you get your I-130 in less than 5 working days. If they are busy who knows? However they are very easy to deal with if you treat them with respect.

They forward everything to the embassy which saves time. If I can get everything together, I hope to have our interview by the end of this month. It mainly depends on the new passports made today. Then the police,medical and how quickly I can type 3 copies of the DS-230
