Well I could give that proof but I'm afraid that If I started complaining that we don't have enough money, our financial stability would be questionable? Well, of course it would be better for us, for everybody to be honest, for me just to start working, Im just concern if they gonna question affidavit of support? Wouldn't that those two things related somehow?

Or I'm terribly wrong and missing something? :D

I am absolutely no expert when it comes to how USCIS weigh in things like that - but I believe that if you have the chance to work but can't because you don't have a EAD - that should be enough for them to expedite. Your wife is already making enough money to sponsor you - so why would they question that? Also, given you said you guys were pretty tight in the I-864 already - they should see that it will help. I guess it's up to you where you want to take it. I just thought I'll give it a try and see what happens. I am working but have a new offer which of course requires EAD (L1 is not transferable). It's not that you'll get deported for asking. ;)

My EAD/AP Expedite request got denied. Called in again - the agent said the former request had very little information and that I should create a new request with more information to see if it helps.

kooliz...., just want to ask if you received your NOA letters by mail already ? am asking you because we submitted on the same date .

I received all four of them today by mail ... and i noticed i have a designated alien USCIS number ...;)

One more thing... i am updating my timeline, and i noticed i donot know how to add my timeline below my posts just like yours and others, or is this signature ? lol . sorry for this , i think i am computer illiterate..;) kindly help me .

I was thinking in sending some bona fide marriage affidavits that I forgot, can I just send it to the Texas SC where I'm being serviced or do I have to go trough Chicago?

I would just save it for the interview or wait for the RFE. It might not make sense to send something after the application has already been submitted. Regardless, they will want documentation from you at the interview. We have about 4 affidavits that did not make it into the application so we plan on taking them in.

You'll need to send your I-485 along with a copy of the NOA you received from your 130 to the Chicago Lockbox. They will send it to where it needs to be so it can be matched up with your 130.

My biometrics appointment was 8/15, walked in today. Santa Ana biometrics office.

The office opened at 8.00am, I turned up at 7.59. Security checked I had my ID and appointment letter, gave me a sheet to fill in, double checked I had done so properly. Waited 10 minutes, had my prints done, filled

in a survey card expressing how wonderful they are and walked out the front door at 8.19am.

Brilliant.
