Is the USCIS playing with my anxiety? :huh:

- On the 5th, I got an email saying my AED was approved, and moved to Card Production.

- On the 8th, I got the same email.

- Earlier this morning, they said my card was mailed today, and

- just now I got another email saying it was approved, and moved back to Post Decision.

Don't worry!

USCIS said to us to not pay attention to the online status very much.

They have problem with the system obviously.

Just check out your mail box every day and call if necessary.

It will be fine.

Thanks, Tormentis! I just hate this waiting and not knowing for sure part.

I know for sure my husband and I passed it. But the fact that we do not know when we will be issued the OFFICIAL approval is sooo frustrating!!!!!!

Today, I received an update stating that our i-130 is approved as well as the EAD and AP.

However, i-485 changed to "initial review". Shoot, this makes me so worried!!!!!! :huh2:

Don't worry about your online status, your EAD is approved, it's good, you can apply for jobs and stuff.

Don;t worry, you passed it. Remember it's a WAITING game :)

Just checked the mail box and my Combo EAD & Advance Parole card is here. This is so cool.... within 64 days of filing the application.

Now waiting to get the interview date. waiting.... waiting... hmmm... still waiting...

07/07: Concurrent Filing of Forms I-130, I-485, I-765 & I-131 at Chicago Lockbox. Documents sent by USPS.

07/10 (Day 01): Parcel delivered at Lockbox (USPS confirmation).

07/15 (Day 06): Four Email & SMS notifications from USCIS (around midnight) - one for each form filed.

07/15 (Day 06): Case status check activated on USCIS for all 4 receipt numbers.

On September 12, 2014, we mailed the new card directly to the address we have on file. You should receive your new card within 30 days.

Why does it have to be Friday?

So impatient.

Woot! On September 11 your green card is in production! Can't wait! I didn't get any EAD combo and it hasn't been touched since July. But the greencard is all that matters anyways ☺️☺️

How long did you have to wait until you heard from USCIS after the interview? Our interview was 2 days ago and there was not any final decision made since they still had to request for my A file from Nebraska. However, they have already approved our i-130.

Thank you!! I did interview aug 20.. But got RFE for my pay-stub or w2. Sent then off next day to local office thru regular mail..then received 3 emails about card production for green card yesterday night at about 3am

June 2, 2014: sent Aos package June 28,2014: Received Rejected AOS package for incorrect fees? I'm going crazy constantly checking my online status :(

I'm only on day 44 since my package was received so I know I shouldn't be so surprised that I'm still at "initial review"

But I seriously thought that doing a walk in for my Biometrics would have sped up at least my EAD :( it's been about 24 days since i did the biometrics

I-130, I-765, I-485

July 29. Mailed out forms to lockbox in Chicago

July 30. Package delivered and signed for

July 31. Finger print fee was accepted (case processing in Nebraska)

Aug 09. Received hard copies with receipt #'s (notice date Aug 01,2014)

Aug 18. Biometrics letter received, appointment date Aug 25 (notice date Aug 08,2014)

Aug 19. Did Biometrics walk-in at Chatsworth, CA location

Sep 15. Requested EAD expedited (on Day 47)

Sep 19. Email received for additional proof to expedite EAD

Sep 20. Faxed personal letter from employer

Oct 01. Email received saying I meet requirements for expedite

Oct 02. Received text/email that I-765 moved to "card in production"

Oct 08. Received email that EAD has been mailed (but online case moved back to "post decision")

Oct 10. Received EAD in the mail

Jan 21. Received email saying case is in "testing and interviewing" interview schedule for Feb 21st. (5months 22days since USCIS received my case)

Jan 24. Received hard copy of interview letter

Feb 21. Interview and 3 hour after interview case moved to "new card being produced"

Feb 28. "Welcome" letter came in the mail

Mar 03. Green Card arrived!!!!!! Expires in 10yrs

Got approved today! Interview was simple and straight forward with a super nice officer. In and out within 15min.

AOS from F1

July 15th - sent package I-130, I-131, I-485, and I-765

July 20th - received message, that package was received and accepted

July 21st - Got job offer

July 25th - Received biometrics appointment letter for August 10th

July 28th - early walk-in for biometrics successful in San Francisco, CA

July 30th - Contacted local congresswomen to expedite AP and EAD

July 31st - Sent evidence for expedite case

Aug 05th - I-485 case changed to "Testing and Interview"

Aug 08th - I-131 and I-765 changed to Card/Document production

Aug 12th - received notification for interview on Sep 12th via mail

Aug 13th - I-485: Received text message that interview date notice was sent out

Aug 14th - Received message that EAD/AP card was sent and tracking number 7h later

Aug 15th - EAD/AP combo card arrived

Sep 12th - Interview in San Jose, CA - Approved!
