CR-1 Complete with NVC, can I do the interview in USA

Hello everybody ,

I applied I-130 (CR-1) for my husband to come USA Since March 2013, and My case got approved with USCIS and they sent my case for processing with National Visa Center (NVC) and my case completed on September with NVC , Until now almost year we dont get interview appointment , always we connected NVC and they told us we have to wait for U.S. Embassy in Yemen give them slot , also we connected to Embassy and they told us they have backlog of cases and now I am in Yemen with my husband and I want to return USA with my husband ,

My question is : Can my husband get B2 visa (non immigrant visa) and we will finish the processing immigrant visa case there in USA

No that would be consider illegal. I also tried it and you would have to prove the visitor does not plan to immigrate. I suggest you contact the national visa center. http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/nvc/nvc-contact-information.html
