Hello,

My wife received a letter from USCIS in reference to I-751 form we sent to USCIS California. She received the letter on May 7th. It says the petition has relocated from USCIS California to USCIS Baltimore, MD, and they will notify her about the interview date. Now, we are waiting for the interview letter from USCIS Baltimore. Her green card will expire this December (in about 5 months), so just wondering when she can expect the interview. Should I call USCIS Baltimore and ask?

Thanks for all the help,

Tony

If her GC expires in 5 months how did you apply for ROC now? You can only apply 90 days or less before it expires.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

I believe he meant the I-751 receipt with extension will end this Dec.

@OP: it depends on how busy your local office is, should expect it in 1 - 2 months.

12/31/2014: Fingerprinted

02/06/2015: In-Line for Interview

05/05/2015: Oath letter was sent
