Visa APPROVED!!!!!! Everything went well. I was super nervous and my husband was not lol. They allowed me to be with him at all times, except when it was time for the interview I couldn't say anything

How long to wait for the interview letter coming ???

Should be a couple days.. I'm still waiting for mine, and they gave our interview date on Thursday.

31 May 2013 - Sent I-130 to Phoenix Lockbox

03 Jun 2013 - USPS shows package as received

06 Jun 2013 - Received text and email with receipt number

08 Jun 2013 - Received paper I-797C. Received and Priority date - June 3. Notice date - June 5.

17 Dec 2013 - Transferred to Nebraska Service Center.

04 Mar 2014 - I-130 approved

05 Mar 2014 - I-130 shipped to NVC/DOS

17 Mar 2014 - Received by NVC

16 Apr 2014 - Case number assigned

so I guess it was our package that was sent on Friday!! because it was delivered this morning India time.. and the CEAC status changed to READY!! :dancing:

quick question... what date does your interview letter have on it? Ours says 11 July 2014, but the CEAC status still says "At NVC"

I guess ours is just taking a little longer to ship out? We really want to write the Embassy to ask for an earlier interview date, but can't do it until they receive the file!

Happy to see yours is already there! Are you trying for an earlier date or just going with the one given?

My interview letter said 24JUN2013 in the subject as well, we had CC on April 3 and interview on May 19 this year. No idea why that date is there but it's not relevant to your cases :)

haha, ok. Guess it means nothing. Didn't even notice it was 2013 until now!

Got my wife's interview date a few days a go, set for aug 13, in Hong Kong , with only 13 days left after wards before her visa expires for Hong Kong.

So I guess a new passport for interview is in order than. Congratulations on the interview date. I have added you to the spreadsheet.

I have a question of curiosity. So in the subject line of our interview letter e-mail, it states "(STD P4 APP (24JUN2013))" after our case number. Is June 24, 2013 relevant to anything, such as a case complete date?

That 24JUNE2013 correlates to your PD. Look at your dates you will see. It's your official PD date or we say receipt date at USCIS.

I know mine was STD P4 APP (18MAR2012).

Mine says 24JUNE2013, as well. I know my interview was scheduled on June 24 2014 LOL

My PD is September 5, 2013. I wonder what's going on with NVC lately!

Passport is still good, visa is running out of time, expires sept1, has to leave Hong Kong then, it's either here to the US or back to the Philippines, or we would have had to change embassy for the interview and that would have added several more months and we just got the case complete on July 2.

So I was busy this last week trying to get a expedited interview date to avoid changing embassy's this close to the finish.

It says July 10th..

I was thinking about writing to the embassy but was waiting until the package got there.. I might try e-mailing them.. I guess it doesn't hurt to ask lol
