I don't see anything on the spreadsheet that comments on receiving the visa :unsure:

Yesterday was a bad day, I wasn't thinking clearly! I meant, I looked at dwheels' sheet, looked at the interview dates and their subsequent signature/time line to see when passport was received.

That's what I meant to type, does that count? :-)

Conspiracy Theorist's hat on: They scheduled you very early on during the August window and yet they chose for you the very last working day of August. Extremely unlucky or a parting shot from NVC?

I would give them hell after POE in every possible legal way; blogs, letters to DOS, letters to House/Senate Reps... etc.

Mad doesn't even begin to explain how I feel. And I have no clue how my husband was able to get someone on the phone before (we've already had an argument this morning about it), but getting someone on the phone es no posible.

I guess I could call Klobuchar's office, even though I know they won't help. God bless America. -_- Being married to an EU citizen, we can count the days to when we can move to Europe, if he ever gets here....

Being a bit dramatic? Possibly. But seeing people who filed and were completed AFTER me get interviews before me is just the icing on this disgusting cake of doo doo.

Okay, so just checked the ceac tracking website, it says the visa has been issued as the latest status.

And that the passport has been sent to local courier and will be available soon for pickup.. :) I hope we get it today or tomorrow ..

Hi everyone, can somebody help me with this. Does NVC gives priority to relatives of citizens as compared to the spouse of LPR while scheduling the interview? Because my case got completed on 24th June, my priority date is current and I am just waiting for interview letter, people from my consulate having cc date of 30th June got the interview date but I have not heard anything yet. If anybody has some clue please update.

Considering you are in a different category no way to tell how many slots they have for EB. I had heard on the Visa bulletin that EB's had run out.

And when you say current the Bulletin retrogressed or was that just for F2A category? Sorry the bulletin is hard to get.

Before I saw Saylin's link to get them online, I got an irs agent to fax them to me.

But just to be safe, i got them from the website and submitted those to nvc.

See if an irs agent will fax to him and he can email it to you.

My PD is current it's sept 2007 and its EB2 India visa category through consular processing.

When you guys call the embassy in London re: interview dates, which department/number are you calling? I thought there was no direct line for IV

There isn't, I've tried to get through a few times today, eventually managed to speak to someone but they just told me I had to email my request
