The National Visa Center (NVC) completed the domestic pre-processing of the immigrant visa petition JRS..... filed by ........ on behalf of .......... The NVC will now forward the petition to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in JERUSALEM, ISRAEL for a visainterview. This letter serves as formal notification of the visa interview. SAVE this letter and present it to theU.S. Embassy or Consulate guard/receptionist at the time of the interview.

Visa APPROVED!!!!!! Everything went well. I was super nervous and my husband was not lol. They allowed me to be with him at all times, except when it was time for the interview I couldn't say anything

Any help appreciated. Husband had his interview on July 7, and he was approved, but I checked the ceac tracking and it says administrative processing. And the latest status update was July 10.. His interview was at London embassy. When can we expect his passport via courier.. I really thought he would've have received it by now. Plus in the comment box on the ceac tracking it says if visa is approved your passport will be mailed in two business days... But it's been three now.. And still nothin... Any advice from previous people who have had interviews at the London embassy would be helpful.. Or relly anyone.. Thanks.. I really want my husband here by the weekend.. Our child will be a month tomorrow... :/

I was looking through dwheels' spreadsheet earlier and I don't think anyone got their visa in 3 days. Usually it takes about a week to receive it. Now that I'm using my reading comprehension skills I see you're referring to the Status change. Maybe it will say Issued tomorrow.

Did they tell your husband he was approved at the interview?

guys i have a problem

i need tax transcript for 2013

my husband couldnt get in online, he spoke to

some person for IRS, tried to solve the problem ... finally requested to get it by mail.

the mail never came, the address was in Poland.

do you think that it's possible to go to some local IRS office and get it?

Yes you can go to an IRS office and get it.

Yes!! We created a profile too...he hasn't picked a date yet because we are not sure what other documents they would need...I am reading here that for some people they need a copy of the AOS and the tax returns and stuff....I hope not! It's just toooo much paper work to deal with...let me know if find out anything on the same...also, some part of me wants to expedite (ya , ya I know I sound greedy but it's been a roller coaster ride for us and if he gets here this month end then, he can help me move and all :)...still not decided but debating

I have to give a copy of the AOS because one part was incorrect but they told us to resubmit it on the day of the interview. If there is no checklist on the AOS for you, I would still give him a new statement from the Bank stating how much is in there now. I m going to go ahead and set up the fingerprinting appointment on Sat... (I work tomorrow :crying: ) I want to make sure I do everything correctly... My hubby will call the clinic tomorrow to set up the medical appointment.. Also I need to clarify how much we have to make a draft for to pay at the embassy. There is a fee. If you want to change the date to an earlier, you should do it !! :dancing::dancing: lol.. But make sure there is no confusion...

Guys I have a question regarding the interview letter where it says..

***IMPORTANT *** Interview Reminders

Bring updated Federal income tax information to the interview. If a sponsor filed an I-864 (Affidavit of Support) and provided the NVC with proof of an IRS Federal income tax extension in lieu of a Federal income tax return, bring the sponsor's most recent Federal income tax return to the visa interview.

Do my husband (the beneficiary )need to bring an updated federal tax information and a new I-864 on his interview day from the sponsor and joint sponsor? I being the petitioner and my brother the joint sponsor, we both filed are tax return last april..and there is no changes on any information we already put on the I-864 we submitted before..

According to people's timelines, London averages about 8 days.
