APPROVED! Yay!! I wrote up a review on the Canada/ Montreal consulate section. I was out in less than half an hour:)

I love it when the plan (finally) comes together. I can almost feel your relief.

Called the embassy about this mistake (they have my husband's middle name wrong in one part on some page) and they want us to come in today to check to make sure everything is okay. Ugh. Why does the madness never stop!?!?

Just be glad you caught in good time, and that you're dealing with the embassy, not with wait-30-business-days N-friggin-VC.

crisis today, sitting and crying

i know nothing still, i don't know when i will be seeing my husband again

stupid, stupid, stupid ... i dont like this process so much

Dear observatorka,

Put that angry kiddy image again and bring out the tough girl in you. Don't let them bring you down just before the finish line.

Here's what my husband reported about his medical:

My medical was today. Luckily i don't live far from London so it was a 45 minute train and tube ride. I got there 40 minutes early and went into the reception part at Bendtinck Mansions. Said my name and appointment time and the receptionist told me that there x-ray machine wasn't working. They gave me a map and i had to take a 10 minute walk to 121 Harley Street. When there i explained who i was and who'd sent me. I waited 10 minutes and then had my chest x-ray. Now another ...10 minute walk back to Knightsbridge Doctors. Once there i had another form to fill out which took less than 2 minutes and then gave over my interview date letter, passport, passport picture, medical history and Police Certificate. I waited for about 15 minutes and the Doctors then called my name. I was in!!! Heart racing!! He was very reassuring. Ian Cole was his name. Asked me a few questions and that was all fine. Then he took my height and weight. i swear i was taller that!! lol Then onto an eye test. That was fine. Then had to take off my t-shirt and he checked my heart and breathing. All fine. Then he asked me to lay down and he checked my tummy, fine again. After that he said stand up and drop your trousers. Now it it was time to see my ding dong area!! Dropped the boxers as well and checked for any hernias and then checked i had 2 cahunas!! lol They were there!! And then the cough test. that was all fine again. Next it was time to take my blood, the bit i had been dreading. I told him straight away when we first went in i was petrified of needles. He reassured me again. So i lay down and he keeps talking keeping me calm and hey presto it was all over!!! I didn't even pass out!! lol. That was it!! All over. He said if you don't here anything from us within 2 days everything is fine and my medical notes will be going to the Embassy on Monday. A quick shake of hands and i had to wait in reception again to wait for my notes and passport. Oh, and then to pay the £245!!! I hope this is helpful of what possibly to expect

5/21/2016: Mailed I-751 packet to CSC

5/23/2016: NOA1

7/29/2016: Biometrics Appointment

11/22/2016: I-751 Approved!
