i cant wait to get case complete and my interview... when they send a case complete do they send interview date at the same time ??

Approved yesterday (July 2nd) at the Paris embassy! Yay! Finally! After almost 14 months of process.
It went very well. The consulate officer really asked me only one question (how did we meet?). I was expectating a few questions about the wedding, our families or about our jobs but no. Just one question. I won't complain!
And now it's over! And my husband and I will be reunited July 24th, finally!
Good luck to every one still waiting!

oooh i soo hope i only get asked one question too

Nope. :( It's happened very rarely and usually with expedited cases.

1- what kind of questions are being asked by the consular.. ?

2- i have to take my medical report with me..?

3-How much marriage pictures i have to bring with me..?

4- I have to take money to pay some immigration fees to embassy if required and how much.. ?

5-and what important things i have to take in my mind while going for the interview?

6-How long (minutes) the interview will be.. ? please advice..

Actually, those kind of questions would most likely be at the Green Card - Removal of Conditions interview, and not necessarily the visa interview considering that most couples lived apart during the process.

Hey guys does anyone know the link to the interview questions thread?

Just want to read all possible questions.

http://www.visajourney.com/content/exampleq

The best thing to do is Google Embassy questions for I-130 there are alot of legal firms that have great stuff. Me and my husband made it a game I made a copy for him and me and we filled out to the best of our ability.

I also went through the whole interview reviews for Nigeria and copied and pasted then edited down to questions asked and tips. It was a great tool to use.

Is there a benefit to calling? Is there a delay between when they set up the interview and when they send the email notifying us?

I was told that there was an expedite request put on my interview, but I'm not seeing them move any faster than usual. I guess I shouldn't be too surprised. Maybe they embassy will give me an earlier date due to my expedite. Not counting on it. Knowing my luck in this process..... my file will fall out of the plane on the way to Montreal and end up in the Saint Laurence River, where it will be eaten by a whale as it drifts towards the sea.

We call because we want to know now is all. NVC is so unreliable on Case Complete emails (comes 1 week after case complete) and interview email (some come immediately after assignment some a few days) you never know.

The scheduling for August is probably over. Whether they do a second round for Canada who knows. All you can do is call ask "are you still scheduling August for Canada). if they are done then its waiting till end of this month for September.

went through this in Poland, i lived with my husband for 2 years and he applied for a residence permit after we got married.

the officer from department for foreigners interviewed us, it took around 2h (1h for my husband and 1h for me)

there were 50 questions ex. what does your husband drink for breakfast, what is his favourite food, how did you meet, did he meet your family members, who came for wedding .....

then the officer checked if our answers were the same
